Rob Gross, LCSW
Co-Founder
With over 18 years of experience, I’m a therapist passionate about helping adults and adolescents navigate life’s challenges. I utilize an eclectic approach, incorporating CBT, DBT, and reality therapy to tailor treatment to your unique needs. My expertise encompasses substance use disorders, offering support for both abstinence-based and harm reduction approaches. Additionally, I specialize in navigating phase-of-life and relationship issues, along with addressing depressive and anxiety disorders. I am also offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. My core values lie in providing a compassionate and empathetic therapeutic environment where you feel understood and empowered.

Sarah Quish, LCSW
Co-Founder
Sarah is an experienced licensed clinical social worker with more than 15 years dedicated to helping young adults and adults achieve greater well-being. She provides compassionate and effective support for individuals facing anxiety, depression, phase-of-life adjustments, and relationship difficulties. Sarah’s deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by college and graduate students was honed during her seven years as a counselor at the University of Saint Joseph. Beyond this, she holds a special interest in empowering mothers as they navigate the multifaceted journey of parenting. Drawing from a diverse toolkit that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and interpersonal therapy, Sarah tailors treatment to each client’s specific needs, fostering growth and resilience.

Rebecca Himmelstein, LCSW
Rebecca works with children, adolescents, and adults, with a variety of mental and behavioral health concerns. She has particular interest in supporting clients in managing anxiety, healing from trauma, navigating the impact of ADHD/neurodivergence, and exploring LGBTQ issues. Rebecca is especially passionate about working with young people and is in the process of completing a Certificate of Advanced Study in Play Therapy. She strongly believes in the power of play to help children express their emotions, enhance their self-concept, improve relationships with others, and find new ways of relating to their environment. Rebecca is trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 1) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Kellie Youmans-LPC-A
Kellie earned her degree in December of 2025 as Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. She has experience working with adolescents and young adults with relational, mental health, and vocational struggles. She is a U.S Veteran an interest in working with service members struggling with mental health difficulties. Kellie utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy(DBT) skills to work through life changes and build self-confidence with her clients. Kellie offers a safe, comfortable space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.

Michelle Coughlin, LPC-A
Michelle is a compassionate and experienced mental health professional who works with adolescents and adults facing a wide range of mental and behavioral health challenges. She has experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, substance use disorders, mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions and ADHD.
Michelle utilizes a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MB-CBT).
She strongly believes in creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to explore their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Gabby Downey, LMSW
Gabby is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging space where clients of all ages feel safe, heard, and valued. She believes the therapeutic process is most effective when it is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to each client’s individual strengths and needs.
Gabby is especially passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults, along with their families and caregivers, as they navigate the challenges, transitions, and stressors that can arise during important stages of development. She values building strong therapeutic relationships that help clients feel understood, empowered, and supported both individually and within their family system.
Gabby primarily works with children, adolescents, and young adults, providing both individual and family-based support. She earned her Master of Social Work degree, with a concentration in Individuals, Groups, and Family Practice, from the University of Connecticut. Her clinical experience includes crisis intervention, school avoidance, prevention of high-risk behaviors, and work with justice-involved adolescents. Gabby supports clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, family stressors, peer and social difficulties and challenges related to school and community functioning utilizing evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Samantha Nichols, LNSW
Samantha is a Licensed Master of Social Work. Sam has years of experience as a Special Education teacher. She works with adolescents and young adults with relationship and mental health difficulties. Specializes in working with individuals who are neurodivergent, those involved with the criminal justice system, and those healing from family based trauma.
